Claude Code 1:1 Coaching is a full day of focused, over-the-shoulder work with one person, using their own tasks, files, and data. No theory and no slides - the day is shaped entirely around the work in front of you.

It is the most direct way to build fluency, and the most reliable way to start a wider rollout. Many teams use it as their anchor: a lead or manager goes first, applies Claude Code to real work, then becomes the person the Claude Code Intensive series is built around.

Because the day is built around one person's actual work, it goes further than any group session can - and sends someone back into the team who can keep it moving.

We jump on an alignment call to diagnose your team's specific bottlenecks. We select the high-ROI modules, tailor the curriculum for maximum impact, and finalise the dates.

The workshop
